1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective or leaking upon arrival
  • You did not receive the item you paid for

Note: Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used bottles of Oilia Hair Oil cannot be returned or refunded.


2. Conditions for a Valid Refund Claim

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
  • You must share photo or video proof of the damaged or incorrect item at the time of receiving it

3. How to Request a Refund

To file a refund request:

    • Reason for refund
    • Picture/video evidence (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will process your refund as per the selected payment method.


4. Refund Method & Time

After approval:

  • Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be transferred to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds for online payments will be issued back to the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund.
We will send you the replacement at no additional cost.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The claim is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The customer changed their mind after opening the product
  • The product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can qualify for refunds as per this policy.
